The Rapid Response program is designed to help employers make layoffs and company closures less traumatic for their employees and less costly to their businesses.

The Fresno Regional Workforce Investment Board’s Rapid Response Team is experienced at helping employers respond compassionately and effectively to employees whose jobs have been dissolved by offering an array of services that will reduce the inevitable stress experienced by both the employer and the employee.
