Outplacement Services
Rapid Response Outplacement Services are designed to respond to layoffs of more than 50 employees. However, we extend services to layoffs with fewer than 50 workers. Your needs are important to us.

The Rapid Response Team can help you manage the multiple priorities created by your layoff at no cost to you. The sooner workers start to manage the transition, the better the outcome for them and you. Studies show that change can be easier once your workers know that you are concerned about their transition. Rapid Response services can help you:
  • Better manage human resource needs, Unemployment Insurance costs, and Workers' Compensation costs during the transition.
  • Assist affected employees return to work more rapidly and maintain their standard of living.
  • Demonstrate good corporate citizenship in the community.

In working with your Rapid Response Team, you can expect:

  • Assistance in understanding government regulations/programs.
  • Customized surveys to address your employees' needs.

Rapid Response Orientation

Rapid Response Team Members bring together a group of workforce development professionals to address the specific needs of employees facing an impending job loss by conducting orientations on-site that provide valuable information on available resources. The orientation covers:

  • Unemployment Insurance Benefits
  • Healthcare Access
  • Debt Management
  • Public Assistance
  • Other agencies as appropriate

Outplacement Workshops

Skilled professionals will assist workers to adjust to their new situation, and develop a plan of action to find training, a new job, or career.
